Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Creative Project Manager to oversee multiple studios within Meaningful Gigs. This pivotal role involves ensuring that customer projects are received promptly, efficiently distributed to the appropriate creatives, and delivered on time. The Creative Project Manager will collaborate closely with our Creative Director to uphold the highest standards of quality and creativity. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fostering collaboration within creative environments, but also utilize data-driven decision-making skills to drive projects that lead to contract renewals and increased customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication regarding project timelines, expectations, and deliverables, ultimately driving high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Work Intake & Distribution: Quickly assess incoming projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to assign the right creatives to each project, helping studios complete or exceed monthly project targets.
• Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that workflow remains on track throughout the production process, contributing to the timely delivery of all projects ahead of schedule.
• Quality Assurance: Review project outputs to ensure they meet customer specifications and Meaningful Gigs' standards before final delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and productive work environment by encouraging collaboration among creative teams, facilitating regular check-ins, and addressing any issues that may arise, which helps studios meet or surpass expected monthly hours.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project management practices, driving increased usage of services from contract to contract.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project statuses, resource allocation, and team performance, ensuring alignment with goals for contract renewals across all studios.
  
  

Key Outcomes:

• Studios complete or exceed the monthly project targets.
• Studios meet or surpass the expected monthly hours.
• All projects are delivered ahead of schedule.
• Achieve customer satisfaction of 90% or higher across all studios.
• All studios successfully renew contracts for the next term.
• Increased usage of services from contract to contract.
  
  

Skills Required:

• Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with global brands simultaneously while increasing project completion rates and optimizing resource allocation in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate creative teams while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and creative team members.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Thinking: Experience in identifying process improvements that lead to enhanced team performance and productivity.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana), design applications (Creative Cloud, Figma, Framer, PPT, Slides, Keynote) and an understanding of creative processes and design principles in order to perform technical checks of the work.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Track record of expanding service usage and developing long-term customer relationships through a proactive approach to enhancing processes and outcomes for customers.
