Great Day Improvements - National Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Field Marketing Manager to lead and standardize our event and grassroot marketing efforts nationwide for the Patio Enclosures and Stanek Windows brands. This role involves overseeing the development, training, and performance of event teams across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and field marketing with excellent leadership and communication skills and be willing to travel.

Seeking someone that is Centrally located in the U.S. with easy access to major highways & airport.

  • National Event Support Attend and support national events, recruitment opportunities, and conduct training sessions with Regional Event Managers and Field Marketers as needed. This role requires up to 75% travel.
  • Training and Development Develop and manage new hire training programs and incentive structures. Create, update, and implement training materials for Event Managers and event teams. Analyze training needs to recommend new programs or improvements to existing ones. Determine the most appropriate training methods (e.g., on-the-job training, seminars, webinars).
  • Cross-brand Collaboration Partner with the National Field Marketing Managers across the Great Day portfolio to develop best in class event processes throughout the organization.
  • Standardization and Documentation Ensure a standardized approach to events & local grassroots programs on a national level. Assist in creating/updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, & scripts for the Event Team.
  • Program Management Oversee and track national event schedules, event performances, and ROI analysis. Provide insights and recommendations to Regional Event Managers on performance management, coaching needs, and adjustments to playbooks.
  • Marketing Collaboration Partner with the marketing department and Regional Event Managers to develop signage and marketing tools to enhance appointment scheduling and brand awareness.
  • Event Booking and Coordination Handle all aspects of event booking, including paperwork, payment coordination, cost tracking, and ensuring insurance and other requirements are met. Manage event kits, including restocking supplies and coordinating their use.
  • Communication and Reporting Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly department communications to ensure alignment and effective information sharing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5-7 years of experience in event management, marketing, or field marketing.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and sales growth.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent training and coaching abilities, with experience in developing and motivating teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and event management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel extensively (up to 75% travel required during key times of the year).
  • Ability to walk or stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
