Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to manage the administrative tasks within our warehouse. The successful candidate will support the warehouse operations by maintaining inventory records, processing orders, handling shipping documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. The role requires a strong focus on accuracy, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of items.
• Process orders, including preparing shipping documents, bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation services to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Perform data entry tasks for warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, updating inventory databases, and managing work orders.
• Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in inventory, reporting any issues to management.
• Assist in preparing reports related to warehouse performance, stock levels, and shipping activity.
• Communicate with the sales, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain filing systems for all warehouse-related documentation, ensuring proper storage and easy retrieval of records.
• Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in the implementation of warehouse safety procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support warehouse staff with any clerical needs related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
