Helpdesk Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
• Set up and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, servers).
• Lead projects like system upgrades and software rollouts.
• Collaborate to improve IT processes and system security.
• Document troubleshooting steps and monitor system performance.
• Train users on new systems and software.
• Assist with IT compliance and audits.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in IT support (Tier 1 & 2).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and networking (switches, routers, firewalls).
• Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
