Job Description
Salary range for this position is $149,011-$- $197,433; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Client Development Director will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding organizational presence in the healthcare sector. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies tailored to healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and other major healthcare providers. The role involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities for our solutions, and closing high-value deals. The role will be responsible for sales strategies within multiple lines of business. This role requires travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing or similar.
Experience: 5 years of enterprise sales experience in the healthcare sector with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Deep understanding of healthcare industry, including key trends, regulatory requirements, and challenges faced by large healthcare organizations. Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence. Can clearly articulate complex concepts Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close large deals. High level of organizational and time management skills o Proficient in CRM software and sales tools. Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence
