Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Labs Analyst with extensive experience in laboratory systems within a GMP pharmaceutical setting. This role is integral to our mission of enhancing laboratory operations through digital solutions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the quality control team and global IT departments to implement and maintain digital laboratory solutions in alignment with the objectives of our Concord site.
• Deepen your understanding of laboratory systems and local procedures.
• Configure and support laboratory instruments within Empower and other systems to guarantee accurate execution of lab testing protocols.
• Translate business processes into technical specifications and vice versa, ensuring clarity and comprehension across teams.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient knowledge of laboratory systems including LIMS, LES, Empower, Nugenesis, and MODA.
• Experience in connecting and configuring lab instruments.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with adept problem-solving capabilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with laboratory systems in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
