Data Analyst I

Peak Performers has partnered with an American travel technology company to assist in their search for a Data Analyst I. In this contract position, you will analyze raw data in the form of text or image and label based on a set of guidelines.

Major duties

• Maintain and update annotation guidelines and logic to ensure consistency and accuracy in the labeling process.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to communicate labeling processes, resolve disagreements, and refine annotation practices.
• Document and track annotation decisions and guidelines to support ongoing AI model development.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Experience in data annotation and labeling, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
• Familiarity with AI models, particularly in the text or image domain.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and apply them precisely in the annotation process.
• Intermediate-level experience is sufficient, though expertise in annotation is highly valued.
• Previous experience in a similar role involving data annotation or labeling.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers and other specialists.
