Pacific Retirement Services, a respected leader in the senior living housing industry, is looking for a full-time Clerical Assistant to join our dedicated Community Housing team at Pilot Butte Retirement Centers I & II in picturesque Bend, Oregon. What You’ll Be doing: In this role, you will maintain positive relations with applicants and residents while ensuring compliance with HUD and Community Housing guidelines. You'll support building maintenance and office operations, treat all individuals with respect, and uphold confidentiality in screening processes. Responsibilities include creating and distributing resident communications, facilitating monthly "Coffee Connection" meetings, assisting with applicant processing and HUD paperwork, managing invoices and office supplies, maintaining confidential files, planning community events, collecting rent, and handling banking deposits. Additionally, you'll answer phones, direct visitors, and respond to community emergencies as needed, all while performing other assigned duties to enhance our community.
About You:
Wages: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour, DOE

About You:
- This position must have a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification, trained and certified within 15 months of hire, or actively pursuing the certification. If you are not COS certified within 15 months, PRS and the communities reserve the right to end employment unless the quality of work displayed justifies continued education and training toward the certification.
- One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in clerical office work, or a related field is preferred.
Wages: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour, DOE
