The Associate Data Analyst (Justice Grants Programs) is a consulting analyst that performs research and supports data analytics and visualization projects for justice/law enforcement missions to help improve outcomes of grant programs. They have excellent client presentation and communication skills and collect, cleanse, analyze, and visualize data into dashboards to support research. They have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis and/or research and a bachelor's degree.
Hybrid Work Environment: Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where employees work at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date, ready to work with their team.

Total Rewards: Salary is just one element of our Total Rewards which includes compensation, benefits, bonuses, professional development, and other career opportunities. The projected salary range for this position is $58,000 - 80,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. At Arc Aspicio, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Responsibilities
- Provide expertise on data collection and analysis in support of justice program reporting efforts
- Develop dashboards in Tableau and other business intelligence and data analysis tools
- Support development and implementation of methods to monitor, evaluate, forecast, and report grants progress to stakeholders
- Conducts data analysis of a wide variety of sources and verifies quality prior to incorporating it into presentations and dashboards
- Apply business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
- Support workstreams, lead and support deliverables, and promote continuous improvement
- Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
- Contribute towards our learning culture, where people put team, client, and company interest ahead of their own, by demonstrating interest in supervising and supporting the growth of others
- Take advantage of company opportunities to develop leadership and consulting skills and thrive in a fast growth environment
- At least 3 years of experience in a blend of research and data analysis and visualization research into criminal justice that supports tracking performance against grant outcomes
- Experience with data analysis and software projects such as Tableau and Excel
- Excellent skills in creating presentations and visualizations to share insights into data
- Strong communications and presentations skills and ability to present insights to clients
- Enthusiasm to collaborate with others and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
- Excellent work ethic in a dynamic, complex, and challenging environment and self-motivated with the ability to take on more responsibility quickly
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
- Ability to focus and pay attention to detail while remaining focused on a strategic, big picture objective
- Clearance: U.S. Citizenship only (no dual citizenship)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
