Major Duties (Job Description)

• You will provide expert policy level advice to the Senior Intelligence Officer, technical programs, management and industry partners.
• You will be responsible for the Security Management of all Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) facilities.
• You will apply knowledge and experience in the application of Navy and DoD security regulations and policies as they apply to SCI and SCIFs.
• You will review all SCI level security infractions, making recommendations and submitting required reports.
• You will oversee management and protection of all NIWC Atlantic and Industry Partner's SCI facilities ensuring all accreditation documentation is in place and current.
  
  

Qualification Summary

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Special Security Office to include personnel security, information security and physical security. Qualifying experience may include: Advising on personnel security policies and related matters; implementing and providing training to subordinates; reviewing SCI level security infraction investigations and submitting required reports.
