Rate: $25.00 - $29.00/hr

Responsabilities

  • Manages the intake process for employees requesting reasonable accommodations for medical and religious requests, ensuring a smooth and confidential experience
  • Collaborates with HR and BU Managers/Leaders alike to gather pertinent information as part of the interactive process
  • Facilitates communication between employees, managers, the Reasonable Accommodations team and other relevant stakeholders (ie. Ergo Team, BU Admin, etc)
  • Partners closely with Reasonable Accommodation team as part of the interactive process to ensure seamless process
  • Documents and maintains accurate, appropriate and timely case notes and status via Firm centralized systems - HRCM and AskHR - from conception to close
  • Manages Reasonable Accommodations case distribution in Firm centralized system - AskHR
  • Escalates pertinent matters as necessary throughout the accommodations process
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in accommodation process
  • Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of the intake and administrative process
  • Provide high quality operational support to HR Business Partners on both cyclical and adhoc HR processes. Support will involve entering Workday transactions, handling reporting requests, assisting with audits, and the tracking and maintenance of employee data and documents.
  • Provide day to day support for employees and managers on operational HR matters by providing timely, accurate and thorough responses.
  • Project manage planned and ad-hoc activities for the HR Business Partner and/or HRES team Liaise with HR Solutions teams and product areas to deliver HR services to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees
  • Ensure requests are tracked appropriately to completion; log information into systems and update information in a timely and accurate manner for team to track service inquiries, resolutions and provide metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with preferred years of HR Coordinator/Recruiting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect
  • Strong organizational, thorough communication skills
  • Excellent independent judgement; knows when the escalate
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders
  • Experience dealing with sensitive matters and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in coordinating accommodation requests or similar roles is preferred
