Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-14 level you must meet the specialized experience requirements for this position, with at least one (1) full year of experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent. This experience as provided below, should have equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the position. This specialized experience includes: -Applying advanced scientific, mathematical and statistical principles and techniques to support investigations, audits and inspections; AND -Conducting data analyses using software or programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS to explore/group data, test hypotheses, predict outcomes, and develop findings; AND -Managing analytic studies and projects throughout all steps of the data analytics life cycle, such as: the development of research questions, acquisition of reliable data from appropriate sources, processing, transforming, and preparing data for analysis, producing statistical evidence, and communicating results through written reports and data visualizations; AND -Drawing conclusions and producing technical/narrative reports based upon the results of data analyses that explain facts, observations, or other information.
