The Talent Acquisition Coordinator I works in collaboration with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists and Candidates to ensure an efficient and compliant onboarding experience for all internal employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator subject matter expert
  • Performs and certifies completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for all hire types
  • Ensures timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork
  • Provides consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidates
  • Collaborates and communicates effectively with Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Partners effectively with other departments to ensure an efficient hiring process
  • Certifies an overall successful candidate onboarding experience
  • Verifies complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities
  • Exhibits organization across all tasks and full ability to follow processes
  • Consistently meets coordinating metrics
  • Provides education as needed on onboarding process
  • Identifies process improvement initiatives and provides solutions
  • Performs other duties as assigned and/or necessary

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office, Internet, and email
  • Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills required; proficiency in the English language may be required

Wage/Salary Information

$22.00 per hour, with a $1,000 annual bonus potential
