Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of the Admin Dashboard at Kixie. The Admin Dashboard is a vital part of our platform, offering users the tools they need to manage their teams, monitor performance, and optimize workflows. As the Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to deliver an exceptional user experience that addresses the needs of our customers. Local candidates in the Los Angeles area are preferred for this role to facilitate close collaboration with our team.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Admin Dashboard, ensuring alignment with Kixie’s overall business objectives and customer needs.

User-Centric Development: Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to prioritize and deliver features that meet customer expectations and maintain high-quality standards.

Feature Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, making informed decisions on feature prioritization based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of new features.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes effectively to internal stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.

User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the Admin Dashboard is intuitive, user-friendly, and addresses the needs of both technical and non-technical users.

Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Admin Dashboard and inform ongoing improvements.

Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to keep Kixie’s Admin Dashboard at the forefront of the market.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and launching complex product features or products.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with CRM, sales tools, or telephony products is a plus.
  • Preference given to candidates located in the Los Angeles, CA area.
