Organizational Effectiveness Consultant
The Organizational Effectiveness Consultant plays an important role in analyzing IRMs structure, culture and processes to actively identify areas for improvement. Leveraging data and insights and majority of times under the direction of the HR Business Partner they will provide recommendations and support to help the Business Unit enhance its overall effectiveness, efficiency and performance. In addition they will, under the direction of the OE Lead and in partnership with HR Technology, create a set of standard reporting and analytics outputs to enable and support HR Business Partners and the HRLT.
What You’ll Do
Operationalize key workforce processes, working with the Head of OE and the HRBP team (e.g., reorganizations, promotions, job changes, terminations)
Create and implement standard reporting and analytics framework for key stakeholders - staying abreast of external and internal insights to continuously improve
Act as the HRBPs’ point of contact for new reporting requests and for reorganizations; translate their request into business requirements and either run the necessary reporting and/or work with HR Technology to deliver it
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the efficacy of organizational effectiveness programs and initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Persuasively communicate findings, recommendations and progress updates to stakeholders
Provide support to HR Business Partners, People Advisors and the broader HR Team and Business Leaders as required on organization effectiveness best practices and strategies
Collaborate with the broader Account Management teams and broader cross-functional teams to implement organization effectiveness solutions.
Build and maintain strong trusting relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy-in, support and alignment for organization effectiveness initiatives
What You’ll Need
Experience of implementing organizational effectiveness initiatives
Analytical prowess, the ability to assess complex organizational structures and processes
Strategic thinking, the ability to craft solutions that are aligned with long-term organizational goals
Be a positive disruptor, comfortable positively questioning the “why” and the “how” to ensure we are bringing maximum value to our customers
Strong sense of urgency and results orientation
Growth mindset, open to new ways of working and experience of bringing teams/groups together
Good understanding of organizational development theories and methodologies inc. organizational design, culture change and performance management
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity and ability to manage different pieces of work at the same time
