Mon - Thurs; 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Fri; 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide general clerical assistance to the Office Manager and General Manager, in support of the daily operations of the facility.

  • Prepare special reports, memoranda, transcribing, letter composition and routine correspondence and researching information, while using professional email and correspondence etiquette.

  • Responsible for customer reporting and order processing as required.

  • Answer telephone, handle calls, route to appropriate individual and/or take messages. Ensure that all communications and interactions of any type with customers, vendors and associates are handled professionally and courteously.



Skills Knowledge and Expertise

The ideal candidate will embody the following characteristics and possess the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below:

  • Honest, trustworthy and reliable.

  • Hardworking.

  • Physical ability to perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10lbs of force occasionally.

  • Must be open and receptive to change and growth within daily workflow and processes.

  • Must be able to type and perform work on a computer. Microsoft Office experience preferred to include Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Must have familiarity with most types of modern office equipment including copiers, computers, phones, and fax machines.

  • Must be able to work in a close, interpersonal team environment while encouraging and actively taking part in positive work culture.
