The Project Coordinator will work within the Power Lifeline Sector and Project Management team to assist Project Managers with the organization, coordination, certification, completion, and client relations for projects in various life-cycle phases from project initiation to project closeout.

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $63,800 - $86,300

The Project Coordinator will work within the Power Lifeline Sector and Project Management team to assist Project Managers with the organization, coordination, certification, completion, and client relations for projects in various life-cycle phases from project initiation to project closeout.
What You'll Do
- Conduct and review inventories assessments of client’s facilities
- Preparing field workbooks for inventories
- Provide inventory assessments and prepare for client
- Ensure all completed inventories are entered into client’s asset management database
- Project document organization, control, and management
- Coordination and management of Requests for Information (RFI’s)
- Coordination and scheduling of site visits to client’s facilities
- A Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years professional experience in a related field
- Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) Certification preferred
- Prior scheduling experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software preferred.
- Previous experience working with an Engineering or Construction industry is preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to be organized and set priorities to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must be able to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, verbal/written communications, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Consistently produce results that meet goals, have high work standards, and understand the business environment and processes
- Achieve results by problem solving, setting priorities and organization
- Strive for individual excellence by seeking challenges and self-development, demonstrating high levels of expertise, and showing commitment, self-confidence, and integrity
- Must have strong quantitative skills with ability to design moderately complex spreadsheet solutions, database queries, and other analytical tools.
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the US
