Master Data Specialist
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: The Master Data Specialist is a part of our Finance Department located at our Corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. The specific role available will focus on maintenance of customer and vendor master data.
Responsibilities
This position does not have an application deadline. We will continue to recruit until the position has been filled.

Master Data Specialist
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: The Master Data Specialist is a part of our Finance Department located at our Corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. The specific role available will focus on maintenance of customer and vendor master data.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product, material, customer, or vendor master data information in SAP for global business units
- Supervise team members to ensure day-to-day requests and activities are handled timely and accurately
- Monitor master data tickets and assist with issues and training as needed
- Align processes to ensure strict adherence to master data governance
- Maintain master data quality and consistency for areas such as profit centers, load groups, material groups, purchasing groups, etc.
- Mass changing of master data information
- Create/run queries for report purposes
- Provide solid customer service to key internal stakeholders including Procurement, Marketing, R&D, among other areas of the company
- Project work as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Related experience preferred
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm manner
- Ability to provide excellent customer service is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions as necessary
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $55,000-$60,000;
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
