Human Resource/Payroll Representative

A growing and prosperous entrepreneurial company specializing in Tech and Healthcare in Pasadena is in search of an experienced Human Resource and Payroll Specialist to join the team!

We are looking for a unique person with a multiple combination of skills. For us the right candidate will have expertise in payroll and in addition to the day-to-day operations of the business office will also have the skills and experience in Human Resources to board new associates, administer benefits, orientation and understanding and upholding employee law. Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• 2-4 years’ experience in a financial role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experienced Human Resource leader
• Comfortable with the state labor laws
• Must have payroll experience
• Proficient with Excel
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Collect payments and manage weekly payroll
  
  
  

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Must have at least 2 years of Payroll experience
• Experienced with QuickBooks
• Effectively manage time.
• Strong Interpersonal skills, communication skills, and analytical skills are required
• Experience working in a business professional environment.

Pay: $35 Hourly
