Join Parker Aerospace Group as a Supply Chain Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) processes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process to deliver cross-functional demand and supply plans.
- Facilitate the development of the Site's long-term Demand Plan with input from key stakeholders.
- Oversee the Master Supply Plan and production scheduling to optimize resources while meeting customer requirements.
- Support executive S&OP meetings by consolidating inputs that guide decision-making.
- Apply Root Cause Analytics and Corrective Actions to improve performance metrics.
- Manage special projects related to S&OP implementation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that all planning processes are in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Foster team capability through coaching and development initiatives.
- Extensive experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Operational Planning.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain dynamics.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP, and supply chain planning tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- APICS CPIM certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally in the Aerospace or Manufacturing sectors.

- Pay Rate Range: -k/year (plus a 10% annual bonus)
