Job Title: SIOP Manager (Sales Inventory Operations Planning)

Position Overview

The SIOP Manager will play a crucial role in the delivery of the Site’s Sales Inventory Operations Planning processes. This position is accountable for enhancing business and operational performance, focusing on key areas such as Customer Delivery, Inventory Optimization, and fostering Profit and Revenue growth. The individual will take ownership of the Site’s SIOP process, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and accountability in the development of aligned demand and supply plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process to deliver cross-functionally aligned, achievable long-term demand and supply strategies.
• Facilitate the creation of the Site's long-term Demand Plan, ensuring input and accountability from key stakeholders.
• Manage and drive the execution of both short-term (Operational Planning) and long-term (SIOP) supply strategies through the development of the Master Supply Plan and Production Schedules.
• Support the Divisional/Product Group level Executive S&OP meetings, consolidating inputs from the Site S&OP meetings.
• Implement Root Cause Analytics and Corrective Actions to enhance performance metrics.
• Lead specific Site-level special projects to support the implementation of S&OP processes.
• Ensure that the Site's Planning processes align with Group procedures while fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in Sales & Operations Planning and Operational Planning, particularly in Demand Planning and Production Scheduling.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chains and their impact on overall business performance.
• Proven ability to develop and lead S&OP processes within a manufacturing context.
• Demonstrated capability in driving performance improvements through effective Root Cause Analysis.
• High-level analytical skills with the ability to address planning bottlenecks and constraints efficiently.
• Proficient in utilizing ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Supply Chain Planning software tools.
• Capability to influence senior-level stakeholders and create aligned decision-making processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a prerequisite.
• APICS CPIM certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years' experience in Supply Chain Planning is required, with prior experience in SIOP and Operational Planning highly desirable.
