Job Title: SIOP Manager (Sales Inventory Operations Planning)

Position Overview

The SIOP Manager will spearhead the implementation and effective management of the Site's Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) and Operational Planning processes. This pivotal role aims to enhance business and operational performance, focusing on improving customer delivery, optimizing inventory, and driving productivity to support overall profit and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process, delivering aligned and achievable long-term demand and supply plans across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate the Site’s long-term Demand Plan with critical stakeholder engagement and accountability.
• Manage the development and execution of the Site’s Master Supply Plan and Production Schedules to balance resources effectively while minimizing costs.
• Consolidate inputs for Executive S&OP meetings to identify and mitigate key risks and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring that all decisions are tracked and executed.
• Employ root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies to foster performance improvements.
• Champion special projects aimed at enhancing S&OP implementations and uphold high standards in planning processes that align with Group protocols.
  
  

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in Sales & Operations Planning and Operational Planning, particularly in Demand Planning and Master Production Scheduling.
• A robust understanding of influencing end-to-end supply chains, driving business performance, and improving key metrics like customer delivery and inventory optimization.
• Proven track record in leading the S&OP process within a manufacturing context, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense sector.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with a knack for resolving planning bottlenecks and enhancing organizational processes.
• High proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, and Supply Chain Planning software tools.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• APICS CPIM certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning is essential.
• CIPS or other APICS qualifications are advantageous.
