Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for skincare and beauty? If so, Dermalogica is looking for you! We are seeking an experienced National Account Education and Retail Lead to join our dynamic sales team and partner with our largest national account, ULTA. You will manage the retail and service business for Dermalogica within select ULTA stores, working to achieve defined targets and be responsible for key doors in your home market. You will also support a broad mix of remote doors with consistent online initiatives and in-person activities. Our ideal candidate will reside centrally within the territory.

What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced National Account Education and Retail Lead to join our dynamic sales team and partner with our largest national account, ULTA. You will manage the retail and service business for Dermalogica within select ULTA stores, working to achieve defined targets and be responsible for key doors in your home market. You will also support a broad mix of remote doors with consistent online initiatives and in-person activities. Our ideal candidate will reside centrally within the territory.
Territory: Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas
- This position will cover a cluster of doors near Fort Worth, Texas and will support clusters of doors in Kansas City, MO.
- Must live in a major metropolitan area within 1 hour from the airport
- Directly manage the Dermalogica business in approximately 10-15 local Ulta stores
- Elevate the skills of Retail Associates and licensed skin therapists through mentorship and consistent education
- Engage with customers to amplify retail and service results
- Design and execute VIP and Store Generated Events
- Collaborate with fellow National Account Retail Managers and/or the Regional Manager to execute events Three Saturdays per month (travel may be required)
- Provide valuable training for the broader team as a Dermalogica product and service expert
- Solely responsible for approximately 25-30 doors spread over an expanded geography, with online and occasional in-person interactions.
- Remote territory would include a mix of doors adjacent to the local market that can be accessed by driving and a mix of doors that may require air travel on a quarterly basis
- Annually embark on 6-8 multi-day trips to support strategic remote districts
- Build relationships and develop educational tools
- Strategize in-person action plans for select markets and execute them flawlessly. i.e. Event in a box, in-person participation in a round robin training, co-host an event, etc.
Key Qualifications:
- Esthetics license is required
- Must live in a major metropolitan area within 1 hour from the airport
- Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
- Multi-door experience is strongly preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is required
- Successful retail sales and operations background in the skin care or beauty channel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on market needs - typically Tues-Sat.
