Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in our organization's supply chain management by ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services at the best possible prices. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries to ensure timely supply of goods
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
