At Staff Finders Technical is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to join a collaborative team in Davenport, IA. This role is perfect for recent graduates or candidates with equivalent experience who are ready to make an impact in training and development.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with a flexible start time between 7 am and 8 am. Possible overtime may be required based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities: As the Global Training Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting training and development by managing communications and coordinating critical administrative tasks. In this role, you will:
- Lead the tactical execution of scheduling and closing classes conducted by the global Construction & Forestry training organization.
- Load and manage training items as requested by the internal training team.
- Oversee and manage training items and offering pricing globally.
- Perform detailed audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide responsive and professional support to dealer personnel and training managers.
- Collaborate with enterprise training coordinators to maintain process alignment and overall system functionality.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an engaging and positive demeanor.
- A collaborative team player who contributes to a highly engaged and energized work environment.
- Proficiency with Excel at an intermediate level.
- High school diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience are required.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in administration or business is preferred.
