Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. - Set up new/Maintain existing data for pricing, customer, hierarchy and route maintenance in the necessary systems and ensure that all data fields are populated completely and accurately by acting as a liaison with key stakeholders
- Build and Govern processes that support data timeliness and accuracy to ensure that key milestones are achieved and business process function effectively
- Owns the accuracy of managed data in all relevant systems at all times
- Builds mastery in key systems in order to support current and future continuous improvement efforts
- Own execution and updates of critical reports and templates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other functions (supply chain, DSD Support, Partner Brands, Account Receivable, Brand Finance, DSD Route Transaction Management, Frontline Sales team, etc.) to ensure that data management processes are being followed and that data is being shared at the appropriate times to keep initiatives moving forward
- Act with a sense of urgency to address any data issues or questions and escalate as needed to provide resolution and provides recommendations to internal and external partners to resolve issues
- Pursue opportunities for continuous improvement in the systems and processes that support the efficient and effective maintenance of data
- Enforce data integrity requirements to maintain the accuracy and completeness of key data
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data maintenance activities across the company
- Set up new/maintain existing data customer in the necessary systems and ensure that all data fields are populated completely and accurately by acting as a liaison with key stakeholders (Sales team, IDPs, Accounts Receivable, Customer Planning Teams, etc)
- Ensures compliance with internal procedures and external audits by ensuring that business partners are aware of guidelines and makes recommendations on attributes and set ups to ensure the data quality and governance are upheld.
- Builds and governs the processes that support data timeliness and accuracy to ensure that key milestones are achieved
- Follow up on required documentation for new or existing customers, including sales tax exemption certificates and W-9
- Owns the accuracy of managed data in all relevant systems at all times
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data maintenance activities across the company
- Capable of analyzing pre-defined reports as well as build Ad-Hoc reporting as necessary, performing error resolution as needed and making business decisions to resolve
- Makes decisions on the best resolution for IDOC errors, completing in a timely manner to ensure accurate data is being pulled into IDP settlements
- Oversees the maintenance for all DSD pricing within the ERP system by serving as a subject matter expert in giving guidance to the brand teams regarding all applicate pricing tables and conditions that are required for orders to price correctly and accurately. Audits the pricing to ensure the accuracy of information in the system to ensure business process function effectively
- Reviews submission of Partner Brand Promotions by comparing the data between the partner brand external system and our internal ERP system to make recommendations on the outcome of the data needed. Based on the review of the data, will make business decisions to the accuracy of the file and what needs to be done in the system to reflect on invoicing correctly
- Enter/Change of Partner Brand Cost for PIRs and ensuring we maintain the appropriate margin between buying and selling points
- Addition and maintenance of retailer authorizations to ensure the appropriate company receives payment, doesn’t incur fines for unauthorized items
- Responsible for researching DSD pricing discrepancies between multiple systems and reports (ERP system, Trade System, Partner Brand Promotional Reports, etc) to ensure accurate and timely invoices as it relates to retailer invoices. Collaborate with the Account Team or Partner Brands to identify the correct pricing and make corrections in the system or with the appropriate teams in their systems to prevent future pricing discrepancies
- Coordinate Meetings with key stake holders to ensure they are trained appropriately on business processes that impact the organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the DSD Route Transaction Management team, Field Sales Team, Depot Optimization Team, Legal, etc to ensure completeness of customer master data
- Responsible for Enforcing data integrity requirements to maintain the accuracy and completeness of key data
- Capable of analyzing pre-defined reports as well as build Ad-Hoc reporting as necessary, performing error resolution as needed and making business decisions to resolve
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data maintenance activities across the company
- Coordinates the flow of information between Route Account Management and DSD Route Transactions concerning all route maintenance and makes recommendations on processes and data integrity
- Establish subsequent actions based on original Covering Assignment Form request. Responsible for processing Covering Assignment Forms and keying approved data to ensure timely data hits the handheld, commissions are reversed appropriately, and legal documents are signed saved
- Works with Corporate Counsel regarding Equity route sales and conversions to ensure compliance with requirements

- Business stakeholders across multiple business units
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - Strong Excel experience required
- Experience in any ERP systems (SAP is preferred), is required.
- Strong personal computer skills.
- Strong verbal written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customers, team members, external data providers, and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and have a desire to continually learn as they go
- Strong focus on data accuracy and ability to self-review their own work
- Based in office but must be able to communicate via email and phone with internal and external teams, as they work remotely.
