Regular **Company:** Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center **Department:** Diversity, Equity & Inclusion **Time Type:** Full time **Weekly Hours:** 40 FTE: 1 **Shift:** First Shift (United States of America) **Summary:** Manages the Minority & Women Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) programs. Participates in and facilitates the resolution of diversity issues and gathers related information; advises, counsels and trains supervisors and managers; facilitates training of Diversity Academy courses, develops and facilitates ad-hoc training when necessary; works to address issues of bullying, harassment, and sexual harassment; administers processes under purview of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Office, including cultural celebrations, training, conducting investigations and attending community events. Salary range is $72,160 to $89,332. **Qualifications:** Required Education and Experience
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or a related field and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in Human Resources or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), or Organizational Development (OD), or Title VII investigations including one (1) year of community relations; or
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in Human Resources or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), or Organizational Development (OD), or Title VII investigations including one (1) year of community relations; or
- Associate's degree in Business, or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in Human Resources or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), or Organizational Development (OD), or Title VII investigations including one (1) year of community relations.
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
