DUTIES

• Provide front desk/reception support in busy community mental health center.
• Duties include answering phones; scheduling appointments; processing referrals; provide provider support; data entry; maintaining computerized scheduling system; checking in clients, completing client paperwork; greet and provide information and assistance to clients & visitors.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• One to two years' experience in an office setting performing a variety of duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to appropriately assist persons who may be experiencing mental health problems who present at the front desk.
• Moderate typing skills, experience with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, excellent customer skills, and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail is a must.
