Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert medical care and treatment to children and adolescents, ensuring the highest standard of mental health support.
Collaborate closely with Primary Care Physicians and Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide comprehensive, holistic care that addresses both physical and mental well-being.
Play a vital role in creating and executing individualized treatment plans that foster emotional and behavioral health, helping children reach their full potential.
Compensation & Benefits: $255,000 - $300,000 plus benefits package, sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs.
What We’re Looking For
Board-certified or board-eligible Child Psychiatrist with a passion for patient-centered care.
A team player with excellent communication skills, eager to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
A commitment to improving mental health outcomes and making a lasting positive impact on the community of Brockton.

Requirements: Current Massachusetts licensure and maintains current certifications. Board certified in Adult Psychiatry; additional board certification in children helpful. Bilingual preferred
