Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top-tier candidates.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Provide innovative, creative, and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or transferrable experience
- 5-10 years of experience, preferably within the legal industry
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions and levels
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends
- Proven success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
