What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with clinical end users to gather workflow requirements and ensure their needs are met
• Analyze, design, configure, and support the implementation of EHR application requirements
• Manage low to mid-level projects for new functionalities and system updates
• Resolve issues and communicate effectively with clinical end users regarding application updates
• Develop and present educational programs to end users to ensure competency in application use
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or related field, or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under general supervision and manage multiple tasks
• Must be responsive to customer needs and demonstrate a customer-focused mindset
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in EHR application support or project management in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with change control protocols and best practices in application updates
• Previous experience in developing and delivering educational programs or training
