Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
  • Responsible for all KPIs (within the assigned zone) for ensuring the production results are achieved in the required quantity and quality, working together with the Production Manager
  • Improving KPIs by optimizing the organizational and production workflows at the workstations and interfaces
  • Leading the Meeting Point within the shop floor management for the assigned zone
  • Participating to ensure that workstations and systems have an efficient, ergonomic design
  • Escalating technical, quality-related or tool-specific problems to the relevant party
  • Providing machine capacities to assist with maintenance and repair work on the systems
  • Responsible for continuous improvements in the assigned area in terms of our internal methods and processes, health & safety and an ergonomic working environment
  • Responsible for the instruction and training of employees
  • Responsible for compliance with safety regulations

Minimum Requirements

  • Completed Associates Degree in Business Management or similar
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years of experience using ERP system, preferably SAP
  • Strong leadership skills
