Join us as an HR Business Partner within People and Culture NA, where your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of ECR North America, our Automotive Refinish business. You'll have the unique opportunity to empower a passionate sales force dedicated to delivering exceptional products and experiences to our customers, all while supporting our Vice President for Refinish Automotive Coatings. In this role, you will also Partner the Global Head of Digital Data and Auto Refinish, crafting innovative people strategies that unlock digital talents to drive business growth.

- Have 5 year’s People and Culture (HR) progressive, Business Partner and/or generalist experience
- Hold preferrably PHR/SPHR/GPHR Certification
- Have prior experience with performance management, compensation administration, employee relations, organizational development, employee/leadership coaching/development and HR/Legal compliance topics
- Hold prior experience supporting manufacturing and technical environment and working with site leadership.
