Job Summary: Simeio is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Paralegal to join our legal team. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and an understanding of contract law.

Key Responsibilities:
- Update the contract lifecycle management software as contracts progress through the process
- Initiate Approval/signature process and monitor through completion
- Prepare template contract documents
- Draft legal correspondence and other documents
- Perform legal research
- Maintain and organize contract files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and reference
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate contract execution
- Assist in the development and improvement of contract management processes and templates
- Prepare reports on contract status, renewals, and expirations
- Paralegal certification or equivalent legal education
- Experience in contract management or a related legal field
- Understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
