Assembly Line Lead Details

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
• Support safety regulations and procedures.
• Provide team-based, inspiring leadership.
• Model & support the company policies & employee handbook.
• Promote and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Train and assist in preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Perform any machine setups in their department.
• Operate any machines as directed
• Enter labor scans into manufacturing software and print work orders as necessary.
• Drive 6S activities.
• Support training activities.
• All other duties as assigned.
  
  

Assembly Line Lead Qualifications

• 2+ Years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use gauges and other measuring tools.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications and ERP systems knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Working under pressure with ability to complete assigned tasks.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
