- Digital and Print Graphics
- Bid and Sales Tool Support
- Information Design
Bid and Sales Tools Development
- Serve as the primary designer for bid responses, proposals, and sales materials, ensuring all assets are impactful and aligned with the Continua brand.
- Develop templates that allow for quick plug-and-play use by sales and design teams.
- Maintain a range of polished templates for various touchpoints, including bid responses and client presentations.
- Uphold the Continua brand across all touchpoints by establishing and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to define creative direction and ensure that all marketing, sales, and digital materials reflect Continua’s core values.
- Act as a brand steward, guiding teams on the proper use of design elements to create a consistent and memorable brand experience.
- Design engaging graphics for digital and print media, enhancing Continua’s presence across social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Develop print materials such as brochures and event signage that reflect Continua’s professionalism and align with brand standards.
- Create clear layouts that enhance the readability of complex information in bid proposals and sales documents.
- Use visual hierarchy, typography, and infographics to simplify data and support easy navigation, working with subject matter experts to make complex content accessible.
- Design cohesive graphics for events, showroom experiences, and internal/external engagements.
- Develop packages that include signage, banners, and branded materials, collaborating with event planners to create a seamless and branded attendee experience.
- Support marketing initiatives with foundational video editing skills, focusing on creating short, engaging clips that communicate Continua’s brand story.
- Edit raw footage, add simple graphics or text overlays, and align with Continua’s tone and messaging.
- Assist in shaping brand narratives through concise, impactful video content.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on supporting sales and marketing teams
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Video editing and storytelling skills preferred, but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of initiative, with an ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Strong visual and communication skills to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.
