We’re looking for an experience Talent Acquisition professional. The TA Partner will conduct end to end recruitment for assigned PCL positions adhering to processes that are based on equity, inclusion, and diversity. They will build relationships with their Hiring Managers and formulate a recruiting strategy to attract, recruit and close top candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source, assess, recruit, and close top talent.
• Identify and execute recruitment strategies that will attract and source quality candidates by considering the most sourcing tools and advertising methods (while maintaining a ROI Focus).
• Identify qualified applicants, conduct diagnostic interviews, administer assessments, evaluate applicant qualifications, provide detailed candidate write ups, schedule interviews, conduct HM debrief sessions.
• Extend job offers to candidates explaining full job description, terms of assignment, pay rate, and benefits.
• Maintain data integrity in all systems and provides weekly update reports to TA Standards.
• Build a proactive pipeline and actively manage these relationships for selected roles to have talent ‘ready’ for future opportunities.
• Maintaining close relationship with the Business, people partners and respective hiring Managers.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Manager Talent Acquisition, which are in line with the Talent Acquisition department needs.
• Responsible for conducting PCL brand new hire orientation bi-weekly
• Additional duties as assigned by the managers
  
  

This position can be 100% remote but Central or East Coast time zones preferred.

Requirements

• 4+ years of successful full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience working in a high performing and fast paced working environment
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability with Excel including the ability to create pivot tables
• Ability to actively outbound source candidates via different mediums
• Understanding of recruitment metrics and how to manage a recruitment desk
• Ability to utilize multiple closing techniques
• Ability to pull together and analyze recruitment market data
• Integrity, Enthusiasm, and Intellectual Agility
• Ability to work roles at various levels and within various disciplines
• Able to deal with ambiguity and operate in a fluid environment

• Base Salary Range: $74,100.00 to $100,00.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
