Accounts Payable Administrator (57355)

Position Summary: To efficiently and effectively handle duties in the accounts payable department.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Fill unpaid invoices
• Input invoices into the computer, mail payment, and file invoices
• Write up journal entries for inter-company payables
• Reconcile payables ledger
• Set up new vendor accounts
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Associate's degree in accounting preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
