We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client management to assess current staffing needs.
• Aid qualified candidates in completing carrier/client applications and ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted timely.
• Schedule and confirm orientation sessions for applicants, detailing travel and lodging arrangements.
• Address and resolve any challenges that may hinder applicants from attending scheduled orientations.
• Perform various administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned.

• Strong communication abilities to facilitate interaction with applicants and clients.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple applicants and their documentation efficiently.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required; however, a willingness to work during standard business hours is essential.
