We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client management to assess current staffing needs.
- Aid qualified candidates in completing carrier/client applications and ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted timely.
- Schedule and confirm orientation sessions for applicants, detailing travel and lodging arrangements.
- Address and resolve any challenges that may hinder applicants from attending scheduled orientations.
- Perform various administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned.
- Strong communication abilities to facilitate interaction with applicants and clients.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple applicants and their documentation efficiently.
- Customer service experience is a plus, alongside any familiarity with recruiting and logistics.
- No previous experience is required; however, a willingness to work during standard business hours is essential.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
