Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to scope.
• Maintain daily priority lists to keep the team focused on key client deliverables.
• Plan creative hours diligently, identify potential risks, and adjust strategies proactively to mitigate challenges.
• Engage in client meetings to provide project updates and gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
• Collaborate closely with external vendors to manage creative projects for organic social campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
• Post approved content on behalf of clients and facilitate feedback between internal teams and external partners.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
• Proficiency in project management tools, with a strong preference for Asana.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, especially organic social media campaigns and social commerce.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, affiliates, and influencers.
• Solid understanding of creative production workflows and performance evaluation.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity in updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum, enhancing project efficiency.
• Expertise in organic social media strategies and best practices across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary range of \(65,000 - \)85,000 per year (USD), contingent upon location within the U.S.
