Forklift Operator

Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Compensation: $19 - $20 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our 1st shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a stand-up reach truck, electric pallet jack, and using an RF scanner. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored, loaded, and shipped accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach truck and electric pallet jack to move, load, and unload materials.
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Safely transport materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Accurately document inventory movements and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
