  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Engage actively in client meetings and contribute to discussions on case strategy.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in employment law to ensure optimal service delivery to our clients.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in a reciprocal jurisdiction of Kansas and/or Missouri (preferred license in KS & MO).
  • 0-3 years of experience in active legal practice.
