Position Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analysts

Location: Warner Robins, GA 31088

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: $70,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Select appropriate assessments for learners and ensure all components required by funding sources are completed accurately and promptly.
• Administer assessments including but not limited to VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, and Functional Assessments.
• Develop comprehensive reports including functional behavior assessments, individualized treatment plans, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Utilize behavioral skills training to equip direct care staff with the necessary skills for client programs and monitor progress with visual analysis, making modifications as required.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians in implementing ABA procedures and interventions.
• Create individualized programming tailored to the unique needs of clients and caregivers.
  
  

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multidisciplinary team context.
• Strong capability to adhere to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA regulations, and company policies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to physically navigate between seated and standing positions and lift items up to 50 lbs.
