Job Overview

We are in search of an experienced and visionary Vice President of Global Product Marketing to spearhead our international marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing our go-to-market framework, refining product positioning, and orchestrating impactful product launches that distinguish our brand within the construction technology sector. Your leadership will be crucial in articulating our strategic vision and demonstrating how our innovative platform delivers tangible benefits to construction professionals, in collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global product marketing strategy in partnership with growth, integrated marketing, corporate marketing, and content teams.
  • Shape product messaging, positioning, and value propositions that address industry challenges and set us apart in the marketplace.
  • Generate compelling content for diverse global audiences, including case studies, solution briefs, and whitepapers.
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Conduct market research to remain abreast of industry trends and customer insights, fostering direct engagement with clients to build robust relationships.
  • Provide strategic input into product roadmaps, corporate strategy, and pricing schemes based on thorough market analysis.
  • Cultivate, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of global product marketers, establishing a solid framework for product and solution launches while monitoring and sharing progress.
  • Oversee budget management and recruitment for the product marketing division.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing within large B2B software environments, including substantial leadership experience.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of distilling complex concepts into engaging and clear messaging.
  • Data-driven approach with a proven history of presenting insights to executive teams and boards.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience in building and developing high-achieving global product marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
