Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a talented team of sales professionals to surpass both individual and group objectives.
- Design and execute forward-thinking sales strategies aligned with our ambitious revenue targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and operational teams to harmonize our growth initiatives.
- Utilize sales analytics and forecasting techniques to derive accurate revenue projections and identify growth pathways.
- Develop and implement robust sales methodologies, tools, and performance metrics to boost team efficiency.
- Mentor, recruit, and foster sales talent, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing development.
- Represent our company at prominent industry gatherings, conferences, and trade shows.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Over 7 years of experience in sales leadership with a documented history of team building and scaling.
- Extensive knowledge of HubSpot, with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience.
- Experience in bootstrapped companies, SaaS, and e-commerce industries, with a focus on high-volume sales (SMB and Enterprise) preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities paired with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for market trends.
- An effective collaborator capable of working within diverse teams.
- Proven experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant sales leadership experience is required, showcasing a successful track record in team building and scaling.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and a background in the e-commerce sector is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- This is a full-time role located in our Austin, TX office, with a flexible work schedule including in-office presence 2 days a week.
