Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the Client's Field Operations Services Information Systems team. This remote role involves analyzing, designing, and providing solutions to networking issues, offering technical support to other departments, and troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving both hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, process documentation, and testing, with the ability to elicit, document, and communicate system requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, gather, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Document current "as-is" and future "to-be" business processes, identifying problems, gaps, and objectives for improvement.
• Research potential system solutions to meet business operational needs.
• Develop, create, and execute test plans and test cases to validate system functionalities.
• Record defects and ensure bug fixes are tested and verified.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical solutions.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 9 years in a related area).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience eliciting and documenting system requirements.
• Proven experience in as-is/to-be process analysis.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing tests for systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
