- This role is eligible to be performed remotely, however, if you reside within 60 miles of Lands' End's offices in Dodgeville, WI or New York, NY, you will be expected to collaborate onsite in a hybrid fashion for up to 12 days per month.

- Paid Internship: $20/hr
- Twelve-week program: May 19 - August 8, 2025
- Full-time opportunity: 8am - 5pm CT

Duties And Responsibilities
- Azure Role Based Access Control Automation
- RBAC integration with WMS, SAP, HRS
- Monitoring and Reporting configuration for the RBAC work.
- Academic Requirements: Enrolled in a bachelor's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, preferably graduating within the next year (exception candidates who are "junior" undergrads will also be considered).
- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies: Basic understanding and keen interest of cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Knowledge of any AWS services like Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB is a plus.
- Technical acumen in digital automation is a plus.
- Basic understanding and keen interest in digital automation tools. Basic understanding and keen interest in digital automation tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS and Inventory Management is a plus.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or Java. Experience with building APIs or writing serverless functions will be advantageous.
- Problem-Solving Ability/Resourcefulness: Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and contribute to team goals.
- Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, tools, and best practices in cloud computing.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of DevOps concepts (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring), Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK), and any prior exposure to serverless frameworks would be an advantage.
- Location: Remote work is acceptable.
- Hands-On Experience with AWS: Gain real-world experience in using AWS services in production environments, learning how to architect and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-effective serverless solutions.
- Mentorship & Learning: Work closely with senior engineers and mentors who are experts in cloud computing, DevOps, and system integrations. You'll receive guidance in learning new skills and solving complex problems.
- Exposure to Real-World Projects: Participate in actual production projects where you will contribute code, solutions, and ideas that will have a tangible impact on the company's products and services.
- Networking within the Tech Community: Opportunities to attend internal tech talks, participate in cloud architecture discussions, and collaborate with other interns and employees from different departments.
- Cross-Functional Exposure: Gain insights into the collaboration between software engineering, product teams, and cloud operations, providing a holistic view of how modern tech stacks are built and maintained.
- Access Management and enhanced monitoring and reporting are essential technologies that are growing in complexity and demand.
- Gather inputs from business stakeholders across various business units regarding their key metrics and KPIs essential for strategic decision-making.
- Aid in grasping the necessary level of detail required for these primary KPIs/metrics.
- Identify existing challenges concerning data access, preparation, BI/Visualization, and analytics/insights.
- Analyze the gathered information to identify overarching themes, assisting us in refining the BI roadmap.
- Work on various POCs to showcase the optimal utilization of a BI tool, demo
