Position Overview
The Construction Department Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our construction department, acting as the liaison between Project Managers, subcontractors, in-house crews, and the Construction Admin. This person will proactively coordinate project details, maintain timelines, and assist with various aspects of job file management to ensure our team remains on track and prepared.

- Act as the main point of contact and liaison between Project Managers, subcontractors, in-house crews, and the Construction Admin.
- Coordinate and monitor job files to ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Being proactive to manage schedules, assignments, and communication for subcontractors.
- Work along side PMs and the Construction Admin to track project timelines and proactively address any potential delays.
- Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and workflow efficiency.
- Full-Time (M-F), in office only.
- Prior experience in construction coordination, project support, or a related role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
