We are seeking a Production Manager for a Beverage Manufacturing Company in Western North Carolina. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a Food/Beverage manufacturing environment. Job Qualifications
- 5 years leadership experience in manufacturing.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Production Manager and experience with aseptic machinery.
- 2 years experience in a high speed food or beverage manufacturing setting.
- Lean Sigma 6 experience.
- Manage 5 Direct Reports
- Manage Line Efficiencies over 3 lines.
- Hire and train new employees.
- Work with other managers to optimize production.
