Position Summary

The Manager Social Work for Case Management is responsible for assisting the Director of Case Management in the development, implementation, coordination, management and monitoring of Social Work, Spiritual Care, and Interpreter Services for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and Asante Ashland Community Hospital. Responsibility of supervising staff in collaboration with other managers for Case Management. Recommends, develops, and implementation of new programs enhancing services for patients/families.

Qualifications

Education

  • Master of Social Work (MSW)required

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years progressive experience as a social worker with demonstrated leadership in social work within a health care environment.
  • Emphasis on community health resources and program development strongly desired.

Licensure/Certifications

  • LCSW: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Oregon State Board of Licensed Social Workers, is preferred
  • Two years of post-licensure practice experience necessary to provide clinical supervision, ispreferred
